Letter from the Chairman

We are now well into the first month of our second quarter. A visit to our new Internet home (www.medgen.com) will enlighten all to the fact that our commitment to increase our Internet visibility and our business is real. We felt it was necessary to change the face of our company to reflect the new image that we have projected in our print and TV advertising campaigns, which are now running or soon to be.

In meeting after meeting over the past few months, exploring all sorts of possibilities that could lead to an increased corporate presence, an increased reach in the marketing of our products and a more realistic valuation for our shares, I have been constantly and consistently complimented over the range and uniqueness of our product line. Thus, conquering the marketing and sales conundrum is where our effort will focus for the coming months.

As we head off to Las Vegas to attend the huge "Adult" Merchandise Show, it has become more and more evident that we did the right thing in hiring Sunset Thomas as our spokesperson for Fab U LustT. Press Releases and feature articles promote Fab U LustT in ways we have never been exposed to. The results of all this hoopla are already being felt with distribution agreements and other marketing opportunities. I hesitate to guess at revenue numbers, but I can assure all shareholders that in an industry that talks about its size as being about $100 billion, there is certainly room for a large success story for Med Gen.

What if you no longer had to ask, What if?...and only, What's next?

Yours Truly,

Paul B. Kravitz
Chairman/CEO
