While progress seems to be endlessly slow, I can assure you our staff works everyday to build our product sales to a respectable level. We expect to report positive news as a result of our efforts to enter the Russian and Chinese markets. Our trips to these countries, although the process for approval is slow, will shortly bear fruit.

Our Financial Services Division continues to flourish, adding new clients every month. The income from this division has covered most of the companies operating expenses and has allowed us to invest heavily on marketing programs and R&D on new products. This policy has proven to be financially prudent, reducing our need for borrowings to support operations. Instead, better than 85% of our borrowings to date have been invested in the marketing and advertising of our current product lines.

We have posted our advertisements for your review and as an indication of the direction we have taken to attract consumer interest. The slowing economy, high gas prices and the down housing market, have all had negative effects on our programs. I do believe however, that our newest marketing efforts will bear fruit, producing results that will draw substantial investor interest.

Yours Truly,

Paul B. Kravitz
