Letter from the Chairman

As we approach July 4th, summer holidays and a general slow down in business and advertising, it gives us a chance to pause, take a breath and evaluate the hectic past 3 months. We have spent over $180,000 on Snorenz®. This covered the cost of production and airing of our 1 and 2 minute infomercials, it did not cover the cost of manufacturing. Frankly, I am disappointed that sales were not as brisk as I had hoped. Continuing to run the Snorenz® Infomercials makes no sense when we are sitting with two new products that have such huge markets.

Good Nights Sleep® Strips (GNS) (www.4goodnightsleep.com), once again breaks the mold of the ordinary. A truly remarkable formula teamed with the newest of new delivery systems, is a worthwhile addition to Med Gen’s product line. Certainly worth our financial support, we have decided to put our resources behind the production and airing of an Infomercial. August is our goal for our test programming.

Presently it would be impossible for Med Gen to financially support Fab-U-Lust® and the GNS Strips simultaneously in television commercials. Therefore, we are filming a thirty minute infomercial on Fab-U-Lust with Sunset Thomas and have signed an agreement to air the infomercial through a marketing group that will air 30 minute TV Infomercials into 110 million homes throughout Europe and South Africa via a satellite system. This business venture will save us the many thousands of dollars in marketing costs that we just don’t have, unless we borrow more from our lenders.

We have decided not to borrow, not to dilute our shares and go it on our own. While the proposition is risky, most of our shareholders think we should draw down on our own currency in the hopes that we can produce a winner without further dilution. I am listening and acting accordingly. There is nothing left in my body that is not crossed. I will report more on this project as we get closer to airing time.
