If you have snoring issues, it can make you very unpopular. My snoring condition is light, but you wouldn't know that based on how many times I get woken up every night by my wife. I grew increasingly less fond of these rude awakenings, so I decided to learn more about my snoring condition, and how to treat it.
Snoring and Treatments
When you sleep at night, all of the various muscles in your body relax and expand. This causes your airways to be constricted. When your air passages are restricted, the soft tissue structures in the back of your throat aren't left with much space to move around. As you breathe in air, it can cause the back of your tongue, uvula and soft palate to vibrate together. When air causes your soft tissues flap around in the back of your throat, it produces the unpleasant sounds of snoring.
There are all sorts of anti-snoring contraptions out there. You can visit a dentist and get fitted with a mouthpiece, or wear a chin strap that'll prevent you from sleeping with your mouth wide open. There are strips that you can put on your nose, and plastic devices that you can place in your nostrils. Some of these techniques are necessary if you have severe snoring symptoms, but if your symptoms are mild, then all of these anti-snoring methods can be awkward and slightly invasive.
There Has To Be a Better Way!
I wanted to avoid these bulky anti-snoring approaches, so I tried a more simple remedy: Snorenz from Medgen.com. Patented in 1998, Snorenz was the first anti-snoring throat spray available on the market. Snorenz is a minty-tasting, vitamin-enriched formula that is easily applied. It uses natural oils that lubricate the soft tissues in the back of your mouth and throat. When these tissues are oiled, there is less constriction in your air passages. The result is relief from the annoying sounds of snoring.
When I first tried Snorenz, I was a bit skeptical. My snoring issues weren't that crazy, but it annoyed my wife just enough for me to do something about it. I didn't think that my snorts and wheezing could be removed by three small sprays from a bottle. I was wrong.
So Easy
It took me seconds to apply Snorenz. I simply tilted back my head, aimed for the back my throat and sprayed Snorenz three times before going to sleep. The results were amazing. No noise. No disturbance. Just a quiet, comfortable sleeping environment.
If you have sleep apnea or asthma, then you need to seek out other solutions. If, however, you want relief from common snoring problems, then Snorenz can provide you with a natural, non-invasive remedy that'll relieve your mild snoring symptoms.
